Once again, you have posted a vent about a complicated family situation which is hard to fully understand and you haven't asked a specific question that we can address.
You say you are "past suicidal" but feeling like you want to kill someone and need someone to calm you down.
First, I would suggest you try to define what specifically is creating all this anger and why.
Second, if you are in crisis and serious about wanting to harm someone, I would suggest that you call one of the 24 hour crisis lines or see Dublin Samaritans.
Third, I would suggest that you are more likely to receive help from people if you cut out the swearing and try asking rather than demanding.

Here's something you might understand kevin, 1st, Leave out the Dublin Jackeen macho man act, it won't get you anywhere here. (except maybe banned)
2nd, you do appear have a lot of issues you need to have help in sorting out, and no you do not need a medical card for that ok. Also as far as I am aware, if you are in training with Fas you are entitled to receive all secondary benefits with your pay, so maybe you should look into that, You can get a referral to a psychiatrist from your Gp if of course you want to go down that route. Or go Directly to St Patricks Psychiatric hospital and present yourself there. Its not far from Heuston station.
Being 21yrs old and with such alot on your mind I can understand why you would feel angry and frustrated, I think you need to break it down into smaller pieces and take one step at the time, a therapist can help you do this.
