Known issues for Windows 10 version 1903 May 2019 Update

Yesterday Microsoft made Windows 10 version 1903 'May 2019 Update' available to everyone. Interested users can manually install this feature update using the 'Download and install' option in Settings, or use the Media Creation Tool app. There are a number of known issues in this release that prevent the company from pushing version 1903 to all users via Windows Update. Here is the list of the issues Microsoft is about to resolve.
Check out this list before you upgrade to Windows 10 version 1903 May 2019 Update. If you are affected by one or several of them, it is a good idea to delay the upgrade.
