    Good books on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT): David Burns

    David Burns, Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy (Avon, 1999). This book is primarily geared toward depression.

    David Burns, The Feeling Good Handbook (Penguin, 1999). This book is bigger and more compehensive, looking at cognitive behavior therapy as applied to a variety of issues, including anxiety, anger, etc.

    The Feeling Good book is an amazing book. Another great book I want to recommend is Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think by Dennis Greenberger and Christine Padesky, which is aimed primarily at depression and anxiety and the last one is Brain Lock: Free Yourself from Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior by Jeffrey M. Schwartz, it deals with treatment of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).
