    Dr., you said you have been on it before? Do people tend to use it as a transitional medication that they get off after they "level out", or do people stay on it for life some times?

    My family member has been on it a life time has tried others but goes back to the prozac but had to increase the dose that all.

    I will most likely have to start a Mirtazepine trial soon. I’m not optimistic and thrilled about having to wait it out for 6 weeks or so... but seriously what do I have to lose?
