    Natural Hormones

    Does anyone know the best foods to eat with natural hormones in? I'm going to look into this later do a search, but just wondered if anyone had any suggestions?? thanks TTE

    It doesnt matter, some foods have things natural estrogens in, I found what I wanted, heres the list incase it is helpful to anyone else.

    Foods Containing Natural Estrogens

    A number of different foods and herbs are sources of natural plant estrogens, and can be very helpful during menopause, The following is a list of some of the best food sources of estrogen. These foods are also high in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and essential fatty acids, and they are low in saturated fat.
