Re: 3 Positive Things Part 7

    1. Got a decent amount of sleep last night to make up for the rubbish 3hrs sleep the night before.
    2. Went for a bike ride and it was only drizzling rather than raining so I didn't get wet and there wasn't too much splash-up from the road.
    3. I don't have to do laundry this weekend and deal with taking it in/out depending on the rainy weather since I'm at home next week.
BONUS: My phone needs to charge so I've put it in a really inconvenient spot so that it's not easy to check for replies. When I get back from the shops I might leave it in the garage.

    1. Freshly made sushi rolls (vegetarian) from the grocery store. Tasted as good as a restuarant.

    2. Dentist was very nice and friendly, like last time.

    3. Found a new, classical music radio station.

BONUS: Husband's shoulder has full range of motion now from only a few sessions of physical therapy, and he still has more sessions to go. He didn't have full range since a car accident decades ago.

    1. The weather report I read was completely wrong so there's no rain today and I got my laundry dry without incident.
    2. Had sliced baguette with tomato and camembert for brunch.
    3. If counselor #2 next week goes well, and if I continue with him and can figure out the 1hr15min trip to go in person (1st session is video because the travel seems a pain for a 1st session) there's a hobby shop on the way that I could go to.

    1. Got to have a shower at work after cycling! First one at work since the COVID shutdowns.
    2. Didn't forget to bring anything for the shower / work clothes.
    3. Had a chat with some people to start the day.

I would skip the shower to keep people 6+ feet away from me

    1. Found out (accidentally) our "new" minivan has remote start.

    2. Had an extra A/C window unit for our friend whose central A/C went down.

    3. Second heat wave is basically over.

BONUS: Did not have to evacuate since the wildfire in our town is now out. Power is back on. Elderly neighbor was grateful we checked on her. Air support was impressive, like a movie, including slurry from the air (many streets down).

    1. Feeling pretty stressed and anxious but trying to remind myself that things are going to be ok and no one's going to hate me if my work isn't perfect.
    2. I'm going to get myself a milo and put my headphones on because everyone's on the phone and being loud.
    3. I was correct in my assessment that I wouldn't be overly invested in receiving an acknowledgment of the attempted supportive email I sent to my therapist. It was important for me to judge that one correctly so I'm glad I made the right call.
