    Exercising everyday

    Its amazing how good you feel when you exercise. Its been two weeks I feel great.
    The hardest thing you can do is smile when you are ill, in pain, or depressed. But this no-cost remedy is a necessary first half-step if you are to start on the road to recovery. Allen Klein

    Its becoming a ritual to go to the gym and work out. I don't feel like I've acomplished anything if I don't.
