    My Psychotherapy

    I feel allot better once I leave my therapist office. Its like all the weight tht you care around with you is gone. I just wish that it was longer 45 minutes seemes like it goes by so fast.

    I am glad you feel better leaving your therapists office.. For me, sometimes I feel better, and sometimes I feel worse. Maybe you can ask for more time? If you talk to him/her and ask, maybe they can schedule you in for more time if its planned. How long would you like the session to be?
