    Biking

    I biked for two hours last night. I wonder how many calories I burned from that? Does anyone know

    But I thought you were trying not to obsess about calories? Maybe it would be better to try to keep the focus on the other health benefits instead!

    The bike trip sounds like fun though!

    Some days I do and some days don't, or I don't eat anything.. I'm really just messed up in the head I guess some day I eat and some days I don't eat, Some days all I do is thing about how many calories I intake.
