    Good book on OCD

There is a book that uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy to treat/ease OCD in four simple steps. The book itself is fairly cheap and does wonders. The book's title is Brain Lock: Free yourself from OCD by Jeffrey M. Schwartz. Read this book, its an excellent source of information and a great tag-along for your current treatment.

    Re: Good book on OCD

I agree that it's the best book on OCD. Certainly, it seems to be the most popular.
