Bipolar and testosterone therapy

I'm taking testosterone therapy as my level was very low. I was wandering if it has anything to do with moods. As if I raise the testosterone level , my moods will be affected.

It's not out of the realm of possibility - hormones do affect mood in both males and females. I'd suggest you discuss this with your doctor.
