I wonder if "conduct disorder" includes girls who are more likely to bully. I am assuming that it does.

The nature vs. nurture debate continues. Without doing the research I'm inclined to believe that the brain is like a muscle. The underdeveloped parts may be linked to heredity or it may be linked to experience and parenting. If empathy is not modeled, taught or encouraged that part of the brain may not develop properly in childhood.
