Thanks for sharing. It was a quick, fun read and the illustrations are well done. My favorite part:

Try thinking of depression as a mean little troll living inside your body...It is the mean little troll who is causing you to be sad; you are not just a "sad person." Looking at it this way, it is easier to see your battle for what it is--against a problem in your body, not against yourself.
