That's all, I just wanted to say it.

I wish I could go to Reno and pursue my PhD with all the ACT gurus. I seem to be the only one around here who knows much about it! I bought some of the books and gave them to my therapist.... :teehee:

I have to say I really like it too, it's pretty much the only thing I find helps me.
