I've been so stressed out lately with school. I think my anxiety has escalated. I feel zapping throughout my body and I feel like I have the flu. Are these symptoms of anxiety?

Re: more anxiety

From Anxiety Attacks and Disorders

Common physical symptoms of anxiety include:

  • Pounding heart
  • Sweating
  • Stomach upset or dizziness
  • Frequent urination or diarrhea
  • Shortness of breath
  • Tremors and twitches
  • Muscle tension
  • Headaches
  • Fatigue
  • Insomnia

I know when I've been really stressed out my heart skips beats so anxiety can do things to you physically.

Are you on any medication?
