Young people who enter a new environment at school probably feel the same kind of stress as adults who start a new job or enter a room full of strangers.

What would be some easy to describe and simple to use relaxation techniques for young people to deal with the build up of stress?


Exercise is really good. Go walking, jogging, try to do something you really enjoy. When you go to bed, do some breathing/relaxation exercise and do the same when you wake up. Be optimistic and focus on the new day and not in the stress you were feeling yesterday.
