I haven't been able to get on here for over 5 hours, its the first time since we moved servers aswell!!!

I'm not sure what happened, to be honest.
It was all working as usual when I went to bed last night. It appears that one of the automatic updates failed to complete for some reason.
When I got up this morning, I notified tech support at A Small Orange (our hosting service) and as usual they had us up and running within about 15 minutes.

Just a thought can us moderators contact them if the sites down or does it have to be the owner?

It has to be me. They need information from me including passwords and configuration, etc.
