Attached is a :acrobat:..pdf document that was prepared by Microsoft for a training class they provide on familiarization with Windows 7.

There are a number of useful features that can make your work a little easier when doing certain operations that are described in this paper.

I've found most of them useful at one time or another, but the one I use most is the Snipping Tool for taking screenshots. I've pinned a copy of the shortcut to Snipping Tool to my Taskbar as well as added a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + A) to launch Snipping Tool, depending on the current setup of my desktop and what might or not be exposed.

BTW there is another feature, to Expose or Show Desktop that is not mentioned in the paper. If you go to the extreme right of the Taskbar, to the right of SysTray, there is a small grey rectangle. When you hover your mouse over it, "Show Desktop" is displayed. Click on it and all open windows on the desktop are minimized.
