For many of us daylight saving time will end with a "fall back" to standard time on Sunday, November 3, at 2 a.m. Those of us who "sprang forward" an hour to begin DST on Sunday, March 10 will now "fall back".

A man resets a large clock for daylight saving time in Minsk, Belarus.

Does changing the time affect you in any way?

Springing forward and falling back disrupts my already poor sleep patterns. I find that I am increasingly tired for a week to ten days after changing the clocks. :fatigue:Anyone else have trouble with this?

I don't like it getting dark out so early now. It's depressing because it means I stay inside more.

I don't like this time of year anyway,I don't like how it makes me feel. It's very hard to deal with and then when the time changes and there's so much darkness it just makes it even more depressing.
