Heavy by Linkin Park featuring Kiiara was released in early 2017. After the suicide of the lead singer in July of this year, one can only speculate on the various mental health issues surrounding Chester Bennington.

Heavy refers to the stressful effect of Chester’s inability to let go of the many thoughts that burdened him. As the song states, "If I just let go, I’d be free."

This song acts as a reminder of the importance of learning how to cope with the many thoughts that pass through our minds.

It is hard when one feels so alone with all the thoughts. His songs have touched so many people, his words connecting to others just wish somehow his mind would have helped HIM more reach out for help for himself.
