At the bottom of every Psychlinks Forum page is a hyperlink titled Contact Us.

Use this to contact Forum Administrators about various housekeeping issues such as password, login or name changes.

Site Feedback can also be included. See attached screenshot of the Contact Us forum to see if the subject you want to write about is included.

Feel free to communicate with Forum Administrators if you feel a forum software issue needs attention.

There is also the option of contacting any of the Administrators via PM if needed.

On the Psychlinks Main Index page, at the bottom of Forum box, and just before the ?What?s going on box? is a link, titled View Forum Leaders.

This list shows names of our members who act as Forum Moderators, Global Moderators, and Administrators. When you click on it, you will see a list of names and their designation, along with a PM (private message) and Email button on the right side of the screen.

Feel free to use that feature to contact any one of our our Moderators or Administrations via PM or Email with your comments, questions, and/or concerns.

Additionally note that the member names are color code for Admins (red) and Moderators (maroon). From any thread or post, clicking on the name produces a drop-down menu where one of the options is to send a PM to that individual.

Once I log out of my account, and then attempt to click "Contact Us," I get an error message as follows:

"Warning: require_once([path]/includes/class_humanverify_recaptcha.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/class_humanverify.php on line 59

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/psychlin/public_html/forum/includes/class_humanverify_recaptcha.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/psychlin/public_html/forum/includes/class_humanverify.php on line 59"

The same error message appears if I log out and click "register" (the button located at the top right corner of the page).

"Warning: require_once([path]/includes/class_humanverify_recaptcha.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/class_humanverify.php on line 59

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/psychlin/public_html/forum/includes/class_humanverify_recaptcha.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/psychlin/public_html/forum/includes/class_humanverify.php on line 59"

I've tried on Internet Explorer as well as Mozilla and I get the same error message. If anyone has any suggestions that might help, I would appreciate it!

Thanks!! :D

When I am logged out, the link "Contact Us" is now working (woohoo!!) on Mozilla and IE8; however, I am still getting an error message when I click "register" as a guest (not logged in).

Log in difficulties are usually resolved by clearing the cache and if that fails, clearing cookies for the domain in question.

I don't know about Mozilla, but cache is cleared in IE using F12 | Cache | Clear Cache for this domain

And for cookies and temp internet files, Tools | Internet Options | Delete | Cookies | Temp Internet Files

1. Log out manually from Firefox.

2. Go to the Firefox menu Tools >> Clear Recent History and make sure Cache and Offline Website Data are checked. Then click on Clear now.

3. Now go to Tools >> Options >> Privacy Tab and click on Remove individual cookies

4. Scroll down to find psychlinks.ca and highlight that via mouse click >> then click Remove cookies (left hand button, not right hand button which is Clear ALL Cookies).

5. Close and then restart Firefox.

I followed the directions, but it's still giving me the same error. Then, I downloaded Chrome, which I don't use often, and tried to click the "register" button on the site - brought up the error as well.

Next, I asked a friend of mine (who has never visited this site before) to click register and check for me (she is using Chrome), and she got the error too.

Thank you guys so much for your patience!!!

Oswald and David,,

After reading Oswald's last report, I logged out and tried to "Register" and received the following error message:

Warning: require_once([path]/includes/class_humanverify_recaptcha.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/class_humanverify.php on line 59

I would like to thank all the people who help run this forum. We need more of these type of forums because a lots of folk do not have a clue what to do when they have any problem, be it mental or otherwise. Like me when I have my high strung episodes my mind shuts down completely which also scares me. The reasons you give me, sink in for I am slow of thought and understanding sometimes. You are a Godsent to folk like us.

Keep up the fantastic work. It is more useful than a lot of people think or know. high strung :)

1. Don't keep pressing Submit. When the message pops up asking about leaving the page, click cancel on the message. Then just wait until it posts, or refresh the page.

2. See Problems with slow or double posts?.
