I celebrate it today Good Friday because i work Saturday and Sunday. I am having my son and wife over and my twin and mother-in-law I just finished turkey carved it all up i baked the pie lemon meringue. got the stuffing ready to go and the potatoes made home made gravy now i am absolutely beat coffffeeeeee time for me. then a nap before everyone comes this holiday baking wears a person out but family time is important Monday i think I will go to see my mother and brothers and bring them a pie too take care

My husband and I will go to my in-laws' for Easter. I just have to bring dessert so it is a very easy day for me. My mother in law is making a leg of lamb with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Sounds quite yummy. I'm still trying to decide what to bring for dessert, maybe inspiration will strike soon.
