Hello Everyone,
I am new to this site, My name is Jessica.
I am 21 yrs old, I live in Windsor, Ontario, About 3 yrs ago I was diagnosed with bipolar II, Severe Social Anxiety Disorder as well as General Anxiety Disorder
Off my medication I wouldn't even of been able to type on a public forum like this, But I feel a sense of comfort here, knowing I am not alone in this and there are other people struggling with similar mental illnesses, If anyone has any questions or would like to know more about me feel free to ask.
I am looking forward to reading other's stories and experiences and maybe even learn some new things
