For the purpose of keeping replys personal, please call me Jesse.

I'm 23 and live in Canada. Im the oldest of 5 kids and still live at home with the other members of my family.

I work full time at a grocery store. I only have my High School diploma.

I look foreward to posting here as it seems to be a good place to share what I'm feeling.

thanks

Hi. it is great to make your acquaintance. I have only been on this forum and yet I have never had such an interesting experience. Already I am feeling better. Maybe it will help me deal better when I have another trigger. Until now I guess I was hoping I wasn't really sick, thinking PTSD was just anxiety(big time) but last weekend getting the diagnosis of Borderline, well.... I don't know!
I am really glad I am here!!!

PTSD doesn't mean that your sick Dasha. Simply means that stress levels need to be monitored.

IMHO the things I have learned through recovery and therapy are invaluable tools for anyone. In a sense, maybe we are the lucky ones as we have been taught tools others who haven't gone through therapy don't necessarily have access too.

I also think that PTSD is a result of abuse and mistreatment. I am responsible for my healing but having it isn't my fault.

My opinion on the matter anyways.

I am glad you feel comfortable here. :)
