I have both parents together who live in town. It's Mother's Day and I don't want to go see them. Anger has built up inside me that I feel will spill out so I don't want to ruin anyone's day. My wife and kids have gone without me so I've already ruined part of my wife's day by not going.

Well, I don't know your whole story so I can't say anything other than some mother's nurture their young, and others eat them.

But don't worry, you aren't the only one who didn't see their mother on Mother's Day.

And when people don't visit with other people, there's usually a very good reason.

I put my differences aside and went to see my mom and dad. Differences are what separate people but also make us all individual. Things went well. They were glad to see me.

Glad to hear things went okay! I'm glad to hear they were happy to see you and that things went well... Tis true about differences: variety is nice!
