New Mobile versions now active. Just like the full forum styles, there are 10 color schemes to choose from.

Selecting one other than the default is a bit more fiddly on small screens, however.

Instructions with screen shots to follow...

Open the site Psychlinks Self-Help & Mental Health Support Forum in your mobile device.

Now scroll down to the bottom of the main page.

Click on Full Style to access the style selector - it will be small print. :)

Scroll down to the bottom again.

You can see the very tiny style selector there. Use your thumb and finger in a reverse pinch to enlarge that area or zoom in:

Then tap on the Style selector to get the drop down menu and choose the mobile style you want:

And now you have your selected mobile style:

Is there a way to view the list of recent posts using mobile view?
I cant remember if I've asked this before or not, but I've certainly thought about it multiple times... Short of doing a manual search and changing the date to something that would be "recent" I've never found a way, so always have to change to full site to be quicker.

There is, although it's not as straightforward as with the full style.

From the home page, click on the Menu icon:

Then click on What's New:

That will show you any New Unread Posts if there are any. Otherwise, you'll see this so click on the search here link:

Now scroll down to Additional Options and click on Any Date:

find posts.jpg

Select a date range to show posts that old or newer:

And finally click on Search Now:

Cool, thanks for all those screenshots.
I'll give it a try, but predict that I'll likely stick with the full site as it's fewer touches/"clicks".

Replying is not possible. This forum is only available as an archive.
