I get these obsessions, anxiety attack and get sooo depressed. Ended up in Pierre-Janet for 10 weeks and came out a month ago. It seems so easy for everyone around me to live day by day without these fears.

Thnaks for listening

Are you currently on any prescribed medications? To add to what Daniel has said, a combination of both therapy and medication seems to give most people the best success.

Have you had any follow-up, or support since leaving the hospital?

Many therapists will recommend or encourage using a self-help book to help reinforce and augment what is going on in therapy, as mentioned here:

For OCD, there are a number of self-help books, some of which like Brain Lock (outlined here) are likely to be in libraries as well. There is also an abridged audio version of Brain Lock that is narrated by the author. (I almost always get more out of an audio version of a book when it is read by the author, and that was the case with this book as well.) The author, Dr. Schwartz, was also the OCD expert for the movie The Aviator.

Another good book is Feeling Good by David Burns. It's still a top-selling book for depression, anxiety, and cognitive therapy.
