Snail Race

The Annual National Snail Race was held at the local fair last week.

Each snail's shell was fashioned like a little car, and had a letter on the hood to identify them.

As the race was nearing the end, it appeared that the 'P' was a shoo-in for the win, but then this little snail came out of nowhere as he rounded the last corner towards the finish line.

This conversation from spectators was overheard..

"That 'P' car is almost there!"

"Yes, but look at that 'S' car go!!!"
