Strawberry Pot Shortcake?

In a PBS Nova program titled "The World's Oldest Flower" in the discussion about the evolution of various plant species, they described a botanical project which analyzed the DNA of plants to determine their inter relationship.

It was found that strawbwrries and marijuana are closely linked in their DNA sequence.

The information is interesting and does not infer anything other than the two plants share some common DNA attributes.

Just a bit of trivia for amusement..

I knew there was a reason i loved strawberries! Lol i thought there was going to be a recipe too but i was hoping more along the lines of magic strawberry brownies or something
