I'm have been on a high protien diet for the last two weeks :eww: Plus I have be working out on the bowflex, the stair stepper for at least two hours a day, and playing 18 holes of golf at least 2 to 3 times a week. I don't want to revert back to my old habbits of not eating and just working out..:yikes:. Do you think thats to much working out?
