I'm have been on a high protien diet for the last two weeks :eww: Plus I have be working out on the bowflex, the stair stepper for at least two hours a day, and playing 18 holes of golf at least 2 to 3 times a week. I don't want to revert back to my old habbits of not eating and just working out..:yikes:. Do you think thats to much working out?

I think it's something you're going to have to minitor very closely, TLC. It's not uncommon for people with eating disorders to become compulsive exercisers as the eating disorder goes into remission.
