I just wanted to say that I am glad that you spoke to your doctor and got the issue of the reaction taken care of. Hopefully things in that department will go a little smoother now.
As for the hubby, I am really proud of you for stating what you need and want and for laying all your cards on the table (okay so I stole that line from NSA but I just liked it). I know that you said that you don't have much hope that he is going to change but some people do surprise you and I hope that he is one of them.
Anyway, great work that you are doing and give yourself a pat on the back for taking a stand for YOU!!!!

mom of 5. how you doing since that altace was discontinued and has hubby given an indication that he has even considered what you said to him?

I'm doing fine! We dont talk at all basically.
Feeling fine without the altace. I still take the metroplol, so the doc thinks that is enough. All testing went ok at the heart hospital without the altace, so maybe its not needed. Ihad been out of it when I went for the testing.
My son and his wife get back from their cruise today, spend a few more days here and then head back home to california. They are taking the two younger boys to dc for over night trip tomorrow.
Time goes so fast.
