Another new person

Hi all, not sure why im here yet i've started to feel a bit down again had ups and downs since I was about 18 but i thought that was just part of life.

Anyway im 25 now and im still having the odd bout of feeling really low so i came here to hopefully get some help and maybe mingle with people who understand what it is im going through.

Thanks Halo which forum would you recommend me posting in with regards my issues with mood swings and depression?

I would recommend starting a thread in the Depression section which is located under the Mood Disorders & Grief section (which is the 5th section down from the top).
