Becca was the 2014 winner of the Change The View Contest run by Children?s Mental Health Ontario. In her video, she discusses her personal story of dealing with mental illness in an effort to break the stigma associated with mental health and open up the discussion in a creative way.

I watched her other video, where she says "everyone has a skill". How beautiful. This could help many young people.
