Binaural Beats

I have used a cd that has a back ground of Bi-naural Beat, was wondering if anyone has had experience with this type of music. Every once in awhile i get auditory hallucinations while listening to them.

The term Entrainment is interesting because Scientist for centuries couldn't figure out why, when, when clock with pendulums(Sp), where introduced into a room, each with there pendulums swinging at diferent rates, become over a short period of time, start to synch with each other, that is they start swinging at the same period rate, even though there are not physically connected.
Strange phenomenal, yet true, go to a clock store, and notice that the clocks with Pendulums are moving at the same rate
