Plus-size model and Vogue cover girl Robyn Lawley has become the new face of UK lingerie brand Boux Avenue.

The 23-year-old Australian, who is a size 16, fronts the underwear firm’s autumn line replacing size 10 Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan, 29, who was the face and body of the brand for over a year. Robyn has graced the pages of French Elle, French Vogue, and Australian Vogue, and has become a role model for curvy women in recent years.

The 6ft 2in model says she is thrilled to be an ambassador for Boux Avenue, the high street lingerie company owned by Dragons' Den star Theo Paphitis, but admits that she spent much of her adolescence battling with her weight.

She told Fabulous magazine in 2011, "I stumbled across pro-anorexia websites and scoured them for tips. I began starving myself and making myself sick after meals. My mum Janne was concerned but she had no idea how serious the problem was. Plus, I became an expert at lying."

Today the model has embraced her curves, inspired by models like Crystal Renn, and wants to break down barriers in the fashion industry.

She is an activist on supporting healthy body image in women, particularly young girls with low self-*esteem, and also has a food blog called Robyn Lawley Eats.

"I am delighted to be chosen as the face and body of Boux Avenue lingerie," says Robyn. "The brand is striving to promote a healthy body image and their size range reflects this. They are making beautiful and exquisite lingerie accessible to every woman."

The range is available from bra size 30A to 40H and waist size 8-20 and the stunning brunette shows off her famous curves in the campaign for the collection, which has two sections, The Hidden Allure, which is designed for every day wear and After Hours Glamour, which features sexier designs for special occasions.
