So about a month ago I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes and put on meds. I don't want to be like my husband and mom on insulin taking needles daily. Last week I bought a treadmill and I'm up to 25 minutes a day. I started taking vitamins and supplements to help me with my low energy and no motivation. Doing the treadmill makes me feel better, like I have more energy than I did.
I decided to do something for myself to work on me. I've never ever made time for me. I figure it's a good time since I'm not working. I'm looking forward to the results I want. If I lose a bit of weight, my goal is to join a gym.
Feeling good about myself and future progress.

Excellent! Keep making healthy decisions like that and keep making time for self-care! :)
