I've been trying to research whether ect is useful for anorexia/bulimia. Some places say it might be beneficial. Some say it shouldn't be done on someone with an eating disorder. I have been calling hospitals to find one that will do it, but haven't found one yet. The hospital that I was so sure would do it (state hospital) doesn't do it. I am just feeling like this might be my last resort, but I'm not having any luck finding a place and doctor who does it. I'm willing to go quite a ways too. I am desperate. Is there any chance at all it would help with the ocd, depression, eating disorders, self harm, ptsd that I struggle with?
