Ugh. Having so many issues with my so called friends lately. Kinda not thinking they are "real" friends, and that really bums me out!! I'd like a true friend. So important. I work with the SAMHSA and they just launched the What A Difference A Friend Makes program, which really has me thinking. A lot of stuff on the website that shows you how to be a better friend and help if you need one. I guess that having the support and understanding of a good friend greatly increases the chances of recovering from mental health issues. I want that. I want to be that. Here's the site if anyone else wants to look - go to whatadifference and then it's .org and then /mental health. Might help if you are feeling like I am lately.
