Hey all,

My name is Sarah and I currently attend a university in Nova Scotia. I kind of just decided to join this forum because nothing else seems to be working, I lost a bunch of weight a while ago and can't help but still be stuck in side of my own head about how I look. It's to the point that I criticize my self so much that friends get annoyed, and I do as well...
Hope I can provide some advice or at least be some one you all can talk to.
