Good Reviews/Tutorials for Grad School?

I am in my last semester for my MS in sport psychology. I took a counseling theories class and have a midterm next week. I have been doing 10-20 hours of homework a week reading, defining terms, and trying to teach myself the theories since class is a tad bit disorganized. Great textbook Counseling and Psychotherapy Theories by Sommers-Flannagan.

I am trying to find any potential good reviews online, whether handouts, video reviews, etc. There are so many I figured I would come on here by chance and see if anyone knew which ones were reliable or worthy.

I need to review Freud psychoanalysis, Adler Individual Psychology, Existentialism, Gestalt, and Object Relations. Any help appreciated, our course materials are not very helpful and class is struggling. I do not even have the undergrad prereqs they had for psychology and counseling so I am even further behind.

honestly, wikipedia is often not a bad option when it comes to just needing to refresh or gain a general grasp on the subject.
