My first visit to this site and am looking forward to reading some posts and hopefully receiving some feedback to my posts.
I'm a middle aged lady who has traveled quite a lot, have experienced a lot of life and hope, am as wise as I like to believe.
At this stage in my life I'm discovering that I'm more insightful and more able to know when to set boundaries firmly and am no longer fearful of losing those who who can't break through my boundaries. I've recently discovered a strength I didn't know I'd acquired and it has given me a sense of peace and confidence, that I am self sufficient and able to pick gentle, kind and wise friendships.
