One of my favorite singers lost his daughter in a tragic accident. His teenage son ran over her with a car. I just can't stop thinking about them and what they're going through.

Hi Janet,

I too was deeply saddened by the Chapmans' loss. It is unimaginable for a parent to lose their child, especially in such a tragic manner.

We can pray for them, and support their foundation, and contribute in ways that will allow Maria's legacy to live on in their hearts and lives. She was a special little girl and the Chapmans were so blessed to have her in their life, if only for a short time.

We can find solace knowing they are people of deep faith, and no doubt that faith is being tested right now, however, their foundation is secure and they have an immense surrounding of people who love them and care for them, including the "unknowns" such as you and me.
