Hello everyone! I'm on the internet quite a bit and I can't believe I have never seen this foru, before! It looks right up my street as I am a clinical hypnotherapist and have a great interest in health - both mental and physical.

Anyway, it's great to be here and I look forward to getting to know you all and learning and sharing thoughts and ideas.
