Err, is there a way to remove the auto-mail whenever my topic receive a reply heh?

As for the problem, I think it's a big mess up between attention problem & memory... I'm still wondering if I should make a topic in the ADHD & Learning disabilities forum or in the Memory one...

Yes.

1. Go to User CP | Edit Options from the top navigation bar on any page.
   
2. Scroll down to
   
   

   Default Thread Subscription Mode
   When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

3. And select:
   
   

   No email notification
