Hello

I suppose I should introduce myself. I'm nineteen and have been diagnosed with severe anxiety & depression and mild OCD. I'm on medication, in group therapy and waiting on a psychiatrist appointment. I've had issues with depression and anxiety since I was fairly young but have only recently started getting help.

So.. yeah. I suppose you can call me Straitjacket

Welcome to Psychlinks SJ.

Many of us struggle with anxiety and depression... I hope at some point that you'll recognize that it doesn't make us 'lesser' or worthy of a straight jacket. As long as we're working on it and moving forward, all is good.
