Just joined the forum tonight and can't wait to read through the various posts. I'm currently in hospital battling Depression and OCD and hope this group will be a source of support after my discharge. I'm looking forward to sharing stories and hearing advice from other individuals in similar situations. Hello to everyone.

No date as of yet, I've been in hospital for 5 weeks now. They finally think they have the right combination on meds so I guess it's only a matter of time before I'm "sent packing". Does anyone have any suggestions for resources in the Kingston area? Thanks

I've found peer support groups to be most helpful in the past - any suggestions.

I'm also located between Kingston and Brockville so resources in either direction would work for me.
