Hi I'm new here

Hi, I am new here and just found this site today. I am 40 years old and have been married 20 years and have a beautiful 13 year old daughter. I was diagnosed early this year with a general anxiety disorder and depression. I am currently being treated, but also struggle with alcohol binges, an eating disorder and phobias. I am trying to find information to help my future go into a positive direction.
