I'm new here.
I've been a general mess pretty much all my life, and for the past almost 4 years, I've been a more specific mess - namely, I have/am:
- adjustment disorder
- anxiety
- avoidant personality disorder
- BPD
- depression
- ptsd
- social phobia
I'm also not the healthiest (phyisically) person around. With the combo of both mental and physical problems, I have quite a mixture of poison to handle.
Hmmmm. Not sure what else to say, so I guess I should stop. Oh, please excuse me - I'm still trying to figure how to get around in this site. Thanks.
