Hi I am 45 and I live in Wyoming. I have three kids Last year was diagnosed with PTSD BI-Polar ADHD. I am looking for ways to deal other than the weekly visits to the Doc and Medication ect. People just don't understand. I was hoping I could get the rest here.....
