Is Not A Virus a Virus after all?

My computer and my husband's computer security systems have quarantined something called "Not A Virus". Has anyone heard of this and know what it is?

Thanks Sister-ray for those links. It appears that Zone Alarm picks it up and that is the security package I use and it was that that picked it up.
